Easy Citrus Salmon
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to slice
- Rinse salmon and place on baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and herbes de provence as desired. Add sliced lemon.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through.
