Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 cup Fage 2% yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flavorful extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients together. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours for flavors to blend.
